1 beet, washed and stems
1 Apple
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 lemon, peeled
1 piece of ginger
Préparation / Preparation
Place all ingredients in an extractor juice.
If you don't have a juice Extractor, mix everything in a blender like a smoothie. Pass the mixture through a sieve lined cotton cheese and catch the juice.
