Green silky smoothie

- 1 C Coconut water (or nut milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach leaves (about ½ C)
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp spirulina (or any other protein: Hemp, Whey, Chlorella, etc.)
- 1 date (optional)
- Put all ingredients in an blender. Blend till smooth consistency. Enjoy!
You may double or triple the recipe and freeze in individual portions. Great healthy summer snack!
